How is your approach different from other coaches?Self-knowledge is power, and understanding your unique personality pattern is the foundation of my coaching process. Standard coaching can over-look the importance of the Discovery phase of the process. The foundation of this Discovery process is the Enneagram of Personality which is a powerful, psychologically and scientifically validated map of human personality patterns. Think of the Discovery phase as doing the all important 'due diligence' on the personality patterns that are both holding you back, and are the key to your greatest potential. Aligning the Decision and Doing phases to your personality patterns makes them much more effective and efficient because they are tailored to your unique personality patterns. There are no cookie-cutter solutions here, guaranteed! I am a coach who also provides guidance - my coaching style is directive, I will tell you what I think and how I am experiencing you, and I will share my personal and professional experience with you. What can I expect from our coaching sessions?Before each session you'll start by checking in to review what you've done, what you've noticed and what you want to work on in the upcoming session. During the sessions we will explore an aspect of your personality, your strengths, your values, your narrative and your belief system to advance you towards your personal and professional goals. At the end of each session we will agree what you are going to Do in order to embed the insights from the session. These are the actions you will complete before the next time we meet. This process is designed to empower you with the self-knowledge and practical, personalised strategies you need to lead yourself and others effectively. Sessions can be help in-person for clients in London or online for international clients.
